Second Chance Scholarship Fund

Scholarships cover tuition and fees for technical training in high-demand trades such as automotive, HVAC, plumbing, welding, and construction. This program removes financial barriers and helps participants earn industry-recognized credentials that lead directly to sustainable careers.

Workforce Starter Kits

Starter Kits include uniforms, steel-toe boots, and essential trade-specific tools. By eliminating these upfront costs, we ensure participants are job-ready from day one, increasing their chance of success in training and employment.

This fund supports employer workshops, training resources, and small stipends to encourage second-chance hiring. By reducing stigma and providing practical support, we open doors for justice-impacted individuals to secure meaningful work.
