We’re thrilled to share that Your Path Back has officially filed for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status with the IRS. This designation will allow us to accept tax-deductible donations and pursue public and private grant opportunities to support our mission of helping justice-impacted individuals find employment and stability.
📌 Why This Matters
Until our tax-exempt status is approved, we are unable to officially collect donations. But rest assured — we are laying the groundwork to begin fundraising the moment we receive approval. Our current projections suggest we could be approved as early as [insert estimate — e.g., “September 2025”], and we’ll notify the public as soon as we’re able to accept financial support.
