MVP Program

Second Chance Job Search Platform (Coming Soon)

We’re building a job platform tailored for justice-impacted individuals and second-chance employers. Think Indeed—purpose-built for reentry. Candidates will discover fair-chance opportunities and resources; employers will access education, incentives, and a talent pipeline committed to rebuilding lives.

What’s launching in the MVP

• Job search tailored to second-chance friendly roles and industries.

• Candidate profiles highlighting skills, credentials, and readiness.

• Employer hub with education, fair-chance practices, and recognition.

• Initial integrations with major job boards (phase-in by feature set).

• Pathways to our Scholarships, Starter Kits, and Employer Incentives.

MVP focus: fast, useful, and simple. We’ll expand features—advanced matching, more integrations, and dashboards—based on partner and user feedback.
